Beach Romance Photoshoot

Styling home products is always enjoyable. It amazes me how little details can make huge difference and tell a big story. Beach Romance project is about a romantic getaway picnic on the beach. We presented the merchandise you usually would take with you to the beach as well as some decorative pieces. The style of the project is nautical, but we also added some rustic elements such as country baskets, metallic napkin rings and woven table mats.

Amour Amour Photoshoot

Styling is one of my greatest passions. I love researching the trends, pulling out the outfits and telling people stories. I love working with models and experimenting with different looks. I was lucky to be a team leader for this team project. After a profound research of Paris fashion we've decided to combine two major spring trends - country and military. It's a story of love, a story of two young people meeting after long parting. I also designed the magazine cover to show how it may look with a possible cover layout.

West Side Story

Making old things look new is always challenging. For this project I've chosen to redesign the West Side Story graphics which include 2 posters, a teaser and DVD packaging. As a designer and a big fan of this movie I wanted to keep the recognizable image of the musical yet adding some edge that would make the movie more appealing to the younger crowd. I managed to find original clippings from old newspapers and collaged them for the background. The film border and traditional red color highlight the classic side of the movie.
De Stijl Set

De Stijl is an artistic movement founded in 1917. It is famous for its reduction to the essentials of form and color. Inspired by the Dutch architecture of Rietveld Schröder I designed this display set following the fundamental principles of the geometry of the straight line, the square, and the rectangle, combined with a strong asymmetricality; the predominant use of pure primary colors with black and white; and the relationship between positive and negative elements. Also during the fabrication of the set I had an opportunity to lead a team of 10 creative minds and improved my leadership and communication skills.
Anthropologie

3 months of internship at Anthropologie became an exciting experience for me. Highly creative Anthropolgie team encouraged me to participate in all aspects of their visual and display program giving substantive roles in creating and maintaining displays. I explored the application of different materials and enhanced my merchandising skills.
Topshop

I've been always impressed by the irreverent funkiness of the UK fashion brand Topshop. Inspired by their style I did the following project for a 6,080 - sq.ft.two-level space. The design concept can be described as an eclectic mix of old and new, clean and decorative elements: bold colors, custom-made fixtures, baroque chairs and Gothic chandeliers protrude English eccentricity to the max.
